Seeing Right Through It

Sally La Pointe sent out little clear cubes as the invitation to the spring/summer show so I didn't know exactly what to expect.  Would it be modern, minimal, and almost invisible?  Arriving at the show, the venue was heavy with its thick white arches and columns scattered around the space, and the lighting was so dark I had to turn on my phone just to light my way; however, when the show started, it was avant garde to the max.  The clothes had an almost gothic feel to them yet seemed very ethereal at the same time - a contradiction that went well with all the components from this designer.  Those little cubes tricked me but gave me access to a show that didn't disappoint and one that had a clear vision of the future season ahead.

Apologies for the distant photos (the place was super packed, and I was not close)
