Street Chic

I have to say that on this trip to New York fashion week, people were out and about in the chicest ways imaginable.  There was no shortage of amazing looks on and off the runway.  This girl has taken a long maxi dress in one of the hottest colors for fall and turned it into a daytime look with flair.  The belt is amazing and gives an ethnic feel to the look, but she brings it back down by adding a large tote with contrasting stripes for a sportier touch.  It's an unusual mix, but I think it totally works.  And, check out the back of the dress for an unexpected surprise.
